Yes, we absolutely do Event Design + Styling! We also specialize in custom builds + installs. Same incredible, award-winning and personalized design services that we offer through our sister company, Petite Pearl Events, but as a stand-alone decor/design service with Fleurescent for all-inclusive design/decor + florals. Weddings, Corporate Events, Brand Activations, Home Gatherings, Special Occasions, Film - we're your go-to trend setting event rental shop + custom build studio in the Sea to Sky! To book rentals, please add all of your desired items + requested quantity to your Wishlist! Then "View Wishlist" to ensure it is all correct before clicking "Submit Wishlist". This will come straight to our Rentals Coordinator who will have a proposal to you within 3 business days for your review.
A 50% retainer and signed contract ensures your rentals and services are officially booked.
All orders have a minimum rental order of $250 CAD dollars before tax and delivery. If you feel like you are below this minimum, please take another look through our rentals site for additional decor rentals you could use! We have a lot of signage options and offer custom vinyl printing + application for our signs. We also have a tonne of candle options (for sale) to help streamline your decor plans and be your one-stop shop. All of these count towards the minimum.
We are constantly adding new inventory so if you are looking for something in particular, please feel free to reply to your quote to ask if we are getting that item or something similar in.
As long as you have the appropriate sized vehicle to accommodate the pick up + return of your rental items, then you can certainly opt for WILL CALL for your order. You are responsible to pick up + return within the times noted on your proposal from our downtown Squamish shop. Typically, pick up is the day before your event, and a day or two after your event for return depending what day of the week your event is on and our operating hours. Will Call will be the default inclusion on your proposal.
If you require delivery + retrieval for your order, please reply to your proposal once you receive it with the below venue information. If you have requested larger furniture items such as dining chairs, dining tables, backdrops etc, delivery + retrieval will automatically be added to your proposal as our team is required to deliver/retrieve these items.

We are familiar with most venues, but if not, we may have additional questions about whether there are stairs or what the walking distance is to where we need to drop off the rentals in relation to where the delivery truck is able to park. Additional fees may apply depending on the logistics.
